Customer Support Centre
Service Excellence alongside Product Excellence
The Customer Support Centre is the After -Sales centre of the Company.
It is here that you can log technical and general commercial queries and obtain information to assist in the repair and upgrade of Trend product.
Trend has business partners and operating companies all around the world. You should contact your local Trend office or Representative in the first instance for local assistance (see Contact Information below) but the Customer Support Centre can provide direct support to all Trend Customers worldwide if necessary.
Technical Support
The Customer Support centre has its own HelpDesk which provides access to highly knowledgeable specialist engineers whose focus is to provide answers to technical problems associated with the use of Trend test equipment.
Commercial Support
As well as offering Technical Support, the Customer Support Centre HelpDesk deals with Order-Entry, Shipping and Customer Satisfaction issues. Its agents are equipped to help with most non-technical queries and service problems.
Call Tracking
Both technical and non-technical queries are logged on a networked call-management system with incident-tracking and escalation. This ensures that customers' calls get the right attention.
The Customer Support Centre also acts as a contact point for our returns service for repairs and upgrades.
